- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unfriendly, gum-chewing, snotty receptionists. New policy of one item per visit to keep doctors on time is a bunch of bs. Dr. was 20 minutes late coming back from lunch and then had the nerve to scold me for more than one item. Next time I will come in with a timer! I will sit there for 10 minutes even if my appt is shorter! No regard for anyone's time but theirs! No wonder our medical system is in such disarray with money-grabbing doctors. Previously had driven in from Ladysmith only to find that the doctor had wandered off and no one knew where he was. They could not call him as he left his cell behind. Someone really needs to give these arrogant doctors a shake-up. Clinic was supposed to do a referral to a specialist, called a few months later and was told that they forgot!
